Delivery

Delivery is free from 50 euros of purchases in relay point and 80 euros of purchases at home in metropolitan France and Belgium.

Delivery is free from 80 euros in the Euro zone.

It is possible to order from:

Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco and the DROMs.

European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

The United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong

From mainland France :

Via Colissimo relay point: 2 to 4 working days, from 5 Euros (deadlines are extended during holiday periods).

Via colissimo home delivery in 2 to 4 working days from 7.5 Euros.  

From DROM-COM : (5 to 7 working days): home delivery from 10 euros, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
From Europe (3 to 5 working days): home delivery of 10 euros, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
From the internationall: home delivery of 15 euros, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Return

You can return any item in our catalog within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. (Excluding damaged or defective products*)

Items must be remained in original condition. They must be returned in their original undamaged packaging. They must not have been used.

All you have to do is fill in your order number and your e-mail address in our form which you will find in the section contact . You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail and we will then proceed with an exchange.

The return is your responsibility.

Once your items have been received and checked, you will receive a confirmation and we will exchange your products.

We reserve the right not to proceed with the exchange if the product arrives broken or incomplete.

For the exchange and replacement of defective products, the delivery costs will be borne by Doug Solutions.

*For any defective or damaged item received, we invite you to use our contact form which you will find in the section contact of our site in order to send us photos of the items and the package.
